1. Users should feeding appropriate materials to avoid jamming by a lot of or too large plastics inside plastic crusher’s crushing chamber once a time. If there is jamming please stop operation immediately. And excessive load may cause damage to plastic crusher.

2. When blade has a blunt mouth or damaged, users should be promptly repair or replace the blades of the plastic crusher.

3. Pay attention to plastic crusher motor bearing heat, the temperature shall not exceed 60°C.

4. Before shutdown,you should stop feeding 6 minutes ahead , and waiting all materials completely crushed before stop.

5. When plastic materials are difficult to enter crushing chamber of plastic crusher, please do not use hand to push to avoid accident. You are asked to stop running to clean or use plastic pipe to push a little.

6. Metal parts and hard materials are strictly prohibited inside the crushing chamber so as to avoid damage to blades. If the blade gap is too large you should adjust, otherwise the blade is vulnerable.
