Usage of plastic hopper dryer
Standard hopper dryer is the most effective and economical equipment in drying plastic raw materials. It is widely used to dry any plastic material , such as drying raw material getting wet by packaging, shipping or recycling process. The barrel is made of stainless steel. This machine can be directly supported to injection molding machine, extrusion machine, granulating machine etc. ,which is quickly, convenient and space saving . There are 11 models in this series, and hopper capacity range from 25 kg to 1000 kg.

¨1. High performance hot air diffusion device, keep uniform drying temperature, increase working efficiency.
¨2. Unique hot air tube bending type design, preventing burning caused by dust accumulation at the bottom of the electric.
¨3. All parts in touch with raw materials are made of stainless- steel. Precision die-casting aluminum shell make the machine has smooth surface and good heat preservation performance.¨
4.The proportional deviation indicator to control temperature accurately.
¨5. Installed with double over temperature protection device, can reduce accident caused by mechanical failure or man-made accident.
